You'll be able to upload your design or add text directly on the product page. Once you're happy with your design, add it to cart and proceed to checkout. Our team will review your design and send you a preview within 24 hours before we start stitching.

Absolutely! We always send a digital preview of your embroidery design before we begin stitching. You'll receive the preview via email within 24 hours of placing your order. You can request up to 2 revisions free of charge to make sure it's exactly what you envisioned. We won't start stitching until you approve the preview.

We accept the following file formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF. For the best embroidery results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) with a transparent background when possible. SVG files are ideal for logos and text as they maintain perfect quality at any size. If you're unsure about your file, feel free to contact us and we'll help you out!

Yes! Each item in your cart can have its own unique design. Simply customize each product individually before adding it to your cart. Our standard production time is 3-5 business days for custom embroidery, plus shipping time. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days total. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that during peak seasons (holidays), production may take an additional 2-3 days.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $14.99. We offer over 200 thread colors including standard polyester, metallic gold and silver, glow-in-the-dark, and specialty variegated threads. Absolutely! You can combine text and images in a single design. Our customization tool allows you to layer text over your image, place text above or below the image, or create a layout with both elements side by side. You can choose from dozens of fonts and adjust the size, position, and color of your text to perfectly complement your image.

Since all our items are custom-made, we generally don't accept returns unless there's a defect or error on our part. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll work with you to make it right. Each case is handled individually with care.

No problem at all! We include up to 2 free revisions with every order to ensure your design is perfect. If after revisions you're still not satisfied, you can cancel your order for a full refund before we begin stitching. We want you to love your custom embroidery, not settle for it.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost right away. Our team carefully packages every order, but sometimes things happen in transit. We take full responsibility and will make it right immediately.
